Because of the custom nature of our products, all orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
Please treat your bag delicately and store carefully in a cool, dry place. A dust bag is provided with purchase of beaded clutches.

If you are interested in an internship, you must be 18+ years old, currently in college or a recent graduate, and be available to commute to NYC. By selecting this service, your production time will be expedited and your item will ship within 15 business days of purchase. All customized items will be shipped out within 30 business days, unless Rush Service has been selected. If Rush Service is selected and paid for, your item will ship within 15 business days.
Once a label has been created for your shipment, tracking information will be emailed to the email address provided on your order. ITES is not responsible for tracking your order once tracking information has been provided. ITES is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages and is not liable for unforeseen USPS or FedEx delivery delays.
We ship most orders through USPS Priority Mail and occasionally through FedEx Ground/Overnight. Depending on your shipping selection at check out and providing there are no unforeseen USPS or FedEx delivery delays, your order can take between 1-4 business days to arrive via USPS Priority Mail and between 1-7 business days to arrive via FedEx Ground/Overnight.
Yes, we do ship internationally! Please note, we are not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes, or other fees associated with international shipments. If you refuse a shipment from ITES, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to ITES. After an item is picked up by a courier, we are no longer able to provide tracking updates or be held responsible for the packages, as they are no longer in our possession. If you are having an issue with tracking updates or missing packages, you must contact the shipping company (USPS or FedEx) to inquire as to the whereabouts of your package. ITES is not liable for unforeseen USPS or FedEx issues or missing, lost, or stolen packages.

This is really a personal preference. If the font you selected is all one size, first/middle/last looks great. If the font allows for the middle character to be larger than the rest, first/last/middle is the way to go.
All products are handmade and subject to slight variations. Any inconsistencies in the beading patterns are natural characteristics of your unique piece and should not be considered defects.
